If you did not buy Grafis directly from us in Germany, then first please contact your Grafis agent.
In all other cases you can contact us by support request and in urgent cases by telephone also.

I have an error message "ATTENTION: A grave error has been discovered in the internal file organization. The error is defined as..." At the end a "508" appears. What should I do?
Please note the error code and if possible any actions which leads to this error message. Then, please contact Grafis support. If possible, save the style or layplan file where the problem happened on an external drive or in a separate folder. It might be that we ask you to send this file in order to find the reason.

I have some ideas how to improve Grafis in certain functions. Who should I get in contact with?
Please collect your ideas and use official Grafis meetings to get in contact with us. Such meetings are for instance fairs or GRAFIS user meetings (GRAFIS forum). If you can not join these meetings then please send your information by email-
